We are looking for a new Sales team member to join us in Banja Luka.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Assistant at Alea Partners, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the sales team, managing client communications, and contributing to the smooth execution of sales operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team.
  • Preparing offers and contracts, including occasional meetings with clients.
  • Monitoring and updating the CRM system.
  • Contacting clients for additional information or confirmations.
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks, occasionally outside regular working hours, to assist the sales team.
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing and design teams.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Requirements:

  • Proactivity, responsibility, and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work under pressure.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
